The problems that such a complex topic as institutional racism covers is wide-ranging, and therefore, when solutions are implemented, we are more often than not blanket-applying those fixes to multiple issues. Sometimes it's not a one-size-fits-all kind of task.

Without treating the underlying problem, a diagnosis and baby steps of progress will keep us struggling for decades more. If we examine our country at the very beginning, we thus find the true definition of 'stolen land', and how to address it today.
